(ENG + ITA) Sometimes pictures can talk better than words. I haven’t been posting much about my trip to Hamburg on Instagram or elsewhere, and don’t really want to make a long post about it. I grabbed my camera again during this 4 day trip and had fun playing with photography again (even though it was absolutely freezing and I had no gloves -__- ‘ )

The city is lovely and babe and I will definitely go back when the season warms up.

And because we liked it so much, I figured that I could send you all a “postcard” from Hamburg.

A volte le immagini riescono a comunicare meglio delle parole. Non ho condiviso molto sul mio recente viaggio ad Amburgo su Instagram o altrove, e nemmeno voglio fare un lunghissimo post a riguardo. Ho ripreso in mano la macchina fotografica durante questo viaggio di 4 giorni e mi sono divertita a giocare di nuovo con la fotografia (anche se si congelava letteralmente ed io non avevo i guanti -__-‘ )

La città è davvero carina e la mia metà ed io ci torneremo sicuramente quando arriverà la stagione calda. 

E dato che ci è piaciuta così tanto, ho pensato che avrei potuto approfittarne per mandare a tutti voi una “cartolina” da Amburgo.

These are only some of the pictures I took during my trip. I though about sharing some bits of this beautiful town with you, and maybe receiving this “virtual postcard” is something you might appreciate.

In my video “5 benefits of minimalist travel” (video below), I talk about the benefits that traveling light has given me. And one of these is to be able to focus less on stuff and more on my traveling experience, mainly as a traveler but also as a gift giver. I no longer or very rarely bring gifts back from my trip, but I very gladly send postcards to my dear ones.

Queste sono solo alcune delle foto che ho scattato durante il mio viaggio. Ho pensato di condividere alcuni pezzetti di questa bella città con voi, e magari ricevere questa “cartolina virtuale” può farvi piacere. 

Nel mio video “5 vantaggi del viaggiare minimale”, parlo di tutti i vantaggi che il viaggiare leggero mi ha portato. Uno di questi è proprio l’essere in grado di essere meno concentrati sulle cose materiali e più sull’esperienza di viaggio stessa, soprattutto come viaggiatrice ma anche come persona che fa regali. Non porto più regali dai miei viaggi (o molto di rado), ma mando volentieri cartoline ai miei cari.
