Hey there.

(ENG only) Hey friends, it’s been a minute hasn’t it? 🙃

It’s been 15 days since I’ve last been on social media. I‘m looking back at these few days of „offline“ life. I’m over the moon for everything I’ve seen, experienced, done, felt.

I’ve done lots of yoga and meditation. I’ve cried. I’ve laughed hard. I’ve written a poem and read it to others. I’ve hiked. I’ve listened to birds chirping and felt the mountain breeze caressing my skin. I’ve hugged a tree. I’ve named a fly Patrick. I’ve nourished my body with the most delicious food I’ve ever had. I’ve fallen off a chair (no, I’m not making this one up 😂). I’ve danced to Bob Marley with my eyes closed. I’ve spoken wonky Spanish and explored new places. I’ve rediscovered the amazingness of journaling. I’ve met wonderful people, made new friends, felt their joys and pains and shared mine with them. I’ve talked about climate change and saving the world. I’ve picked fresh lemons and apricots from a tree. I’ve read a lot, used no social media at all until now and and found myself charging my phone 3 days after the last charge. I’ve reminded myself that I am my own best friend. I’ve learned lots of new things. I’ve felt radiant, vibrant, full of love and life like I haven’t felt in a while. I’ve had the time of my life.

I’m slowly going back to posting again on social media. At my own pace, no pressure. I’ve learned a lot from this 2 weeks break and I want to keep going towards that direction. Like I previously mentioned, I am not sure if and when I’ll be making videos again. But for sure I’ll keep on writing here so expect lots of posts coming your way!
